How do we connect our association?
Fill out the registration form at norrtag.se/föreningserbjudandeOnce the association has been approved, which can take up to 1–2 business days, the association's contact person will receive administrator privileges and an email with instructions on how to get started.
The administrator can then add people who can use the association discount and book trips for the association by assigning authorized requesters.
An authorized customer books trips as usual via the travel search. To access the association discount, the customer needs to be logged into their Norrtåg account with the same email address that the association has registered for the person.
